          The BETLAND HOUSE belongs to Ioana and Dumitru Bețianu and it is situated in the Village of Vama, 4 Păcii street, on E 576.

          Vama is situated between two rivers, Moldova and Moldovița in a magnificent scenery; from here you can go sightseeing the monasteries of Bucovina, famous for their wall-paintings: Vatra Moldovitei at 18 km, Voronet at 23 km, Humor at 25 km, Sucevița at 42 km and Putna at 80 km. The Old City of Suceava is situated at 55 km and Monastery of Dragomirna at 67 km.

          Ways of access to Vama: the European road E 576 (Suceava-Cluj Napoca), the railway Bucharest-Vatra Dornei and by air from the airport of Salcea-Suceava.

          Vama offers the tourist a fine scenery throughout the year; the climate is quite mild and the air is fresh; starting from Vama you can walk up the hills and the mountains around or you can climb up the Rarau Mountain and the peak Pietrele Doamnei; in winter there is much snow; in summer it is quite warm and the autumn is long and sunny.
